Individual counselling is a collaborative space where we get specific about what you're feeling, what it's telling you, and what you actually want to do. We notice patterns in how you respond to the world and trace where they came from. Once you have clarity, you choose what to do next.

Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes, and you set the pace. Whether you need weekly consistency or more flexible scheduling, we'll find what supports your wellbeing. The work isn't vague exploration—it's structured inquiry designed to move you from confusion toward clarity and action.

The relationship between us is central. My authenticity allows me to ask precise questions. You'll experience genuine, boundaried connection. Real attention to who you are and what actually matters to you.

Phone

Flexible and accessible. Perfect if you're busy, prefer anonymity, or live further away. Same quality therapy, voice only.

Video

Online sessions via secure video. Get the visual connection of in-person therapy from your home or office.

What to Expect

Common Questions

How long until I feel better? Depends on what you're working with and your starting point. You'll typically notice something shifting within 3-4 sessions—a change in perspective, relief from being heard, or a new way of approaching something.

Do I have to keep coming forever? No. Therapy isn't open-ended. We work towards your goals. When you've made the movement you need, we end. You're in control of that timeline.

What if we don't click? Won't be a good fit for everyone, and that's okay. I'll be upfront if I think another approach or practitioner would serve you better.

Will you tell my GP/employer/family? No. This is completely confidential unless you're at immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or child protection is involved. I'll be transparent about those limits upfront.

£60 per session (50-60 minutes)
