Individual Counselling
£60/session | One hour
One-on-one sessions where we get specific about what you're feeling, trace patterns in how you respond, and help you move from confusion toward clarity and action. You choose how we connect: in-person, phone, or video.

- Face-to-face: In a private, confidential space or a walk in the Welsh countryside
- Phone: Accessible and flexible
- Video: Online sessions with the same relational presence as in-person

Yes, actual Dungeons & Dragons. You create characters, face challenges, and work through real emotions in a safe group space. It's therapy, just with swords and spells.
